How do you manage your daily work?
„I am a very intuitive person. I like to create time to step back and think about my role and the value the company expects from me, to be proactive and ensure I make the time for those tasks where I may be best positioned to deliver. Besides that, I am a morning person and I have my regular meetings and calls and a to-do list like everyone else.“
Would you rather…

„I like balance in my life, and I am a true believer that we need to manage all things going on (work, family, friends, leisure, hobbies, …) therefore I would rather have 2 weeks 40h each, instead of putting aside all other elements for a space of time.“
