Poland, a Central European giant with a renowned digital economy, presents a compelling opportunity for affiliate marketing. Recognizing the unique characteristics of the Polish online ecosystem, AudienceServ approached its market entry with a strategic emphasis on understanding local email marketing practices. 

Our initial two weeks post-launch have been a period of rapid learning and promising initial traction

What we do?

Our strategy first aimed at: a feasibility check, ensuring our infrastructure was robust and selecting the optimal Email Service Provider for the Polish market. A bulkier data set was paramount, focusing on reliable Polish sources for supply. This was followed by rigorous data preparation, including meticulous cleaning to eliminate invalid addresses and spam traps. A carefully crafted warm-up plan, tailored to individual ISP guidelines, was crucial for establishing a positive sender … and guarantee an organic active data growth. Our initial campaigns were deliberately paced, prioritizing engagement and allowing us to learn from user interactions. This iterative process of warming up and observing user behavior continues to inform our scaling and optimization efforts.

A significant hurdle we addressed was the challenge of scaling our Polish data without compromising deliverability. We recognized that simply increasing volume wasn’t enough; content diversity was key to engaging users and avoiding spam filters. Our solution involved activating a broad range of campaigns from the outset, ensuring a consistent rotation of relevant and engaging content. This strategy not only improved user engagement and limited complaints but also provided valuable early insights into which offers resonated most effectively with the Polish audience. Through precise segmentation, controlled sending cadences, and continuous performance monitoring, we maintained a healthy sender reputation while driving growth.

What we achieve?

A key advantage for AudienceServ was our pre-existing, fully functional email infrastructure. Our established network of ESPs, and strong affiliate partnerships allowed for a swift and efficient market entry. This leap allowed for a first overall analysis and a first initial step into what we would call our core market. Our initial partner selections quickly highlighted the most prominent and active sectors within Polish affiliate marketing: Fashion, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Electronics, and Travel. And, our initial two-week analysis of these sectors reveals encouraging metrics, including an available volume of 335,000 engaged users, typical open rates ranging from 23% to 25%, and click rates between 0.65% and 0.75%.

These early successes underscore AudienceServ’s commitment to a data-driven, strategic approach to email marketing and for affiliate marketers seeking access to a highly engaged Polish audience and advertisers looking to capitalize on this dynamic market, understanding local nuances and building trust are essential.
