What will you do?

  • You will be a part of the process monitoring the performance of sending lists and adjusting the list configuration in order to improve the result of all sending lists.
  • Analyzing and testing difference sending strategies to find the best way to approach the mailbox of an user.
  • Supporting some of the operational tasks like creating a sending list on Email Bidding, setting up a domain on AWS and requesting ISP to improve the deliverability.
  • Opportunities to work with the tech team for giving ideas to improve the efficiency of Email Bidding sending machines.

What will you do?

  • Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (email, customer's platform, etc).
  • Check and update data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of issued invoices.
  • Work with sales to handle questions and complaints from customers regarding invoices.
  • Maintain and update weekly reports of all billing activities.
  • Reconcile payments on banks with invoices for different entities.
  • Manage overdue invoices, and set up reminders to claim
  • Follow up with all AR matters, (for example: payment transferring problems, doubtful debt, bad debt etc.).
  • Conduct weekly AR reports focusing on overdue amounts, report to direct manager on specific cases that seems problematic.
  • Assist direct manager on decision-making for doubtful & bad debts.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with other teams to help run our campaigns
  • Communicate with our partners, clients, and colleagues oversea for new requirements
  • Design HTML/CSS template
  • Maintain our current projects with high scalability and availability
  • Develope company’s product with Framework: ReactJS/Vuejs
  • Other task required by manager

Your qualifications

  • Proficient in HTML and CSS. It is possible to convert from PSD (or another design format) to HTML
  • Especially if you have worked with email templates
  • Have knowledge of Javascript
  • Simple English communication level
  • Worked/experienced with the languages/frameworks being used at Audience Serv (priority order) is a plus: ReactJS (to be done/more training if needed) + Wordpress.
