The opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Strategic Sales Manager for our Sales & Business Development team and this position will work closely with our support to provide our customers with the best ways towards success.

The mission

  • Achieves new business targets through expert execution of the sales process.
  • Cultivates deep trust-based relationships and develops comprehensive understandings of client needs and priorities.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails (often cold calling), contact C-level, online marketers, and decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and develop strategic business plans to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Provide consultative customer education on what we have to offer based on the company’s business objectives.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce (CRM database).
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Work towards team and individual goals for assigned KPIs.

Here’s what you’ll need to be considered

  • Fluency in German & English.
  • At least 2 years experience in Business Development or B2B sales, ideally in the high web & online marketing industry.
  • Having knowledge of strategic selling.
  • Confident with MS Office tools & Salesforce.
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Telemarketing background is a plus.

The mission

  • Support users and resolve issues related to the company’s CRM system.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Set up and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and proper access control.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide users with key metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers or integration specialists to integrate our system with other business applications.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills).
  • Preferred Understanding of data management, and security.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
